On November 19, CASIC held the promotion meeting on “intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing” to adhere to Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, implement the strategy of “Two Targets and Four Steps” proposed by CASIC, systematically summarize the progress made by CASIC in intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing, analyze the situation, exchange experience, deploy the key work in subsequent stages, make every effort to win the “Three Tough Battles”, and accelerate the promotion of building a world-leading aerospace and defense company and a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness.
Gao Hongwei, the Chairman and Secretary of Party Committee of CASIC, Xu Qiang, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee, Liu Shiquan and Wei Yiyin, members of Party Committee and Deputy General Managers, Wang Yunlin, a member of Party Committee and the Chief Accountant, Lin Qing, a member of Party Committee and the Leader of Discipline Inspection Group, Gong Bo, a member of Party Committee and the Deputy General Manager, the General Manager Assistant, production safety directors, department heads of the headquarters, and main officers, business directors and relevant personnel of the secondary units attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu, and Gao delivered a concluding speech.
At the meeting, the departments concerned of CASIC reported the progress of the promotion for “intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing”, the regional implementation for the ecosystem of cloud manufacturing industry clusters and the technical development of “intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing”.
The meeting indicated that CASIC has made remarkable achievements in “intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing”, the intelligent transformation was promoted steadily, the agglomeration effect of cloud resources was expanded continuously, the online and offline business featured with the coordinated development, the system architecture and business processes were optimized continuously, the ecosystem of cloud manufacturing industry clusters was implemented at a steady pace, the technical system of “intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing” was deepened continuously, the development concept of “information exchange, resource sharing, capacity coordination, opening up and cooperation, as well as mutual benefit and win-win result” was gradually popularized and widely recognized by the society, and the supporting role in CASIC’s quality improvement, structure adjustment and development mode transformation was further manifested.
Gao pointed out that the Internet has changed the purchasing and consumption patterns, as well as the purchasing and consumption habits of China and the world, and has begun to gradually change the format and mode of production. The Internet technology drives the transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry, and changing the traditional production and business modes becomes inevitable. All organizations must unswervingly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Committee of CASIC, and strive to seize opportunities and meet challenges.
Gao intensively analyzed the challenges faced by CASIC in terms of enterprise strategy innovation, organizational structure and management innovation, product and technology innovation, and Internet thinking orientation, and emphasized that we shall make full use of the construction achievements and practical experience of CASICloud to seize the development opportunities and continue to promote the work related to “intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing” of CASIC.
Gao pointed out that the scope and definition of “three types of manufacturing” include intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing. Among them, the definition domain of intelligent manufacturing refers to the field within the enterprise; the definition domain of collaborative manufacturing refers to the field between enterprises; the definition domain of cloud manufacturing refers not only to the field within the enterprise, but also the field featuring with sociality and internationality. Intelligent manufacturing is a relatively basic field, collaborative manufacturing relies on intelligent manufacturing, and cloud manufacturing relies on intelligent manufacturing and collaborative manufacturing. Although there are direct progressive relationships among them, they can also develop in parallel. "Intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing" stand for one of the basic conditions for industrialization development and collaborative development, as well as a key driver for improving the capability of industrialization development and collaborative development.
Gao emphasized that all organizations shall focus on a series of tasks such as “three types of manufacturing”, “three types of testing”, PPM index management and control, cloud marketing system construction, and construction of cloud business work rooms. Specifically, we shall make effort to achieve the industrialization development, and shall realize the collaborative development of four elements (i.e., innovation, industrial capability, human resources and capital resources) on the basis of horizontal collaboration to lay a solid material foundation for realizing the development goals of the first step specified in “Two Targets and Four Steps”.
Finally, Gao put forward work requirements for completing the annual production tasks of CASIC, ensuring work safety, network information security, and ecological environmental protection.
At the meeting, CASICloud, Aerospace Industrial Technology Research Institute, Aerosun Corporation and No.4 Department of CASIC Sanjiang Group shared their practical experience and achievements in “intelligent manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing and cloud manufacturing”, and the representatives present at the meeting exchanged their ideas and discussed relevant topics.
