Recently, the third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China ("the Book") was published. The Leading Party Members' Group of CASIC held a study meeting of the Theoretical Study Central Group at the first time to thoroughly learn the important contents of "the Book", and asked Party organizations at all levels to carry out in-depth study, so as to let Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era take deep root.
Yuan Jie, the Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and the Chairman of the Board of CASIC, has stressed that learning the Book is a major political task to arm the whole Party and educate the people with Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and all units under CASIC must learn and use the Book with a high sense of mission and responsibility, and make efforts to learn and understand it well, so as to create a new situation in the work with the new progress in theoretical learning.
The Leading Party Members' Group of CASIC has required all units to read the original text of the Book, and work hard to learn deeply and understand in mind, adhere to the combination of theory and practice, and apply things learned into practice, bravely take responsibilities and seek practical results in the practice of developing the space industry and building a space power.
All the units under CASIC held the study meetings of the Party Committee Central Groups at the first time, implemented the requirements of the Leading Party Members' Group of CASIC, and quickly carried out the study of the Book. The grass-roots Party organizations studied the Book through Party branch meetings, Party group meetings, theoretical seminars and independent study. These units and grass-roots Party organizations purchased relevant books and other learning materials, intensified publicity, reporting, research and interpretation, made full use of the network, newspapers and magazines, Weibo, WeChat, News client, "Xuexi.cn", CASICLOUD and other ways and carriers to widely publicize the main contents of the Book, the good experience, practice and examples in learning and implementation, and create a dense learning atmosphere.
The Second Academy of CASIC ("the Second Academy") has studied and publicized the general idea of the Book clearly, and the leaders of the Party Committee of Second Academy has deployed the study-related work. The Central Group of the Party Committee of the Second Academy has studied intensively in accordance with three topics: "adhering to the overall leadership of the Party", "promoting high-quality development" and "fulfilling the first responsibility for building a strong army", incorporated the topics into the study and discussion plan of the Central Groups (general Party branches) at two levels and into the important learning content of the Party branch and Party group, supervised and guided the Central Groups of the Party Committee of all units affiliated to the Second Academy by means of supervision and inspection, random inspection, investigation and interview, so as to ensure that the organizations at different levels truly understand the Book and achieve certain results.
In accordance with the requirements of the Leading Party Members' Group of CASIC, the Third Academy of CASIC ("the Third Academy") has taken the study, publicity and implementation of the Book as a major political task. At the invitation of the China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration, the Third Academy participated in the recording of the audio program of the Book. The Theoretical Study Central Groups of the Party Committees at two levels in the Third Academy has listed the Book in their study and discussion plans, and made efforts to combine knowledge with practice and apply what they learned as a whole with the first and second volumes of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, so as to effectively translate the learning achievements into governance capacity and working skill for dealing with risks and challenges and promoting career development.
China Space Sanjiang Group Co., Ltd. has quickly started the study and deployment work, planned to carry out the rotation training of Party branch secretaries, and invited experts to make an in-depth interpretation.
