To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thinking on youth work, and implement the Opinions on Deeply Implementing the Young Marxists Training Program issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, CASIC was selected as the first pilot enterprise among the central enterprises for the young Marxists training program in China to study and formulate the Plan of CASIC for “Training of Young Marxists” Pilot Program.
On October 24, CASIC held the launching ceremony of "Young Marxists Training Program" and the opening ceremony of the first training class. This Program is intended to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thinking on youth work, and promote the orderly development of the "Young Marxists Training Program", thus training and delivering a group of young political backbones for the Party.
Wang Ting, deputy director and first-class inspector of the Central Organization Department of the Communist Youth League, Zhang Leilei, deputy secretary of the Working Committee of the Central Enterprises' Communist Youth League and secretary general of the Central Enterprises Youth Federation, Chen Guoying, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy general manager of CASIC, leaders of relevant departments at the headquarters of CASIC, leaders of party committees of secondary organizations affiliated to CASIC in Beijing, secretaries of the Youth League Committee of secondary organizations affiliated to CASIC in Beijing, and 102 trainees from the first training class of "Young Marxists Program" of CASIC attended the ceremony.
In accordance with the Opinions on Deeply Implementing the Young Marxists Training Program issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, CASIC was selected as the first pilot enterprise among the central enterprises for the young Marxists training program in China to study and formulate the Plan of CASIC for “Training of Young Marxists” Pilot Program, define the six aspects of guiding ideology, training principles, training objectives, key tasks, work plans and safeguard measures, select outstanding young backbones for training, build a hierarchical training system, build a curriculum system that highlights political training, build a training platform that combines online and offline, explore the path of tracking training students with aerospace characteristics and recommending outstanding talents, select students with strict standards, establish an evaluation system, strictly eliminate the withdrawal mechanism, and establish a training system of young Marxists covering all levels of CASIC.
At the opening ceremony, the "Training of Young Marxists" Pilot Program was introduced, the trainee representative delivered a speech, the ceremony was also released online in a real time manner, the leaders concerned from the Working Committee of the Central Enterprises' Communist Youth League and Central Organization Department of the Communist Youth League made important speeches, and Chen Guoying made a pep talk.
Wang Ting sent a message to the trainees in this Program and young people: First, improve the political position and fully understand the great significance of implementing the "Young Marxists Program". Second, strengthen ideological understanding and attach great importance to the cultivation of young political backbones in state-owned enterprises. Third, earnestly perform the duties and conscientiously organize the implementation of the "Young Marxists Program". She hoped that the young people in aerospace industry will keep in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's entrustment for youth growth to strive hard and permanently according to the growth goal of youth political backbone, inherit the pioneering spirit of predecessors, the courage of exploration and innovation and the courage of self-revolution, integrate this spirit into the blood of youth, and strive to grow into a new generation of aerospace people who follow the command of the Party and can achieve great success.
Zhang Leilei sent a message to the young cadets in this Program and young people: We should strive to be successors of ideals and beliefs, successors who dare to struggle and successors who are down-to-earth. It is necessary to keep in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's teaching of "youth is used for struggle" to strive to become a tireless contributor in central enterprises, keep in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's teaching of " taking the lead in innovation and entrepreneurship" to strive to become a promoter of the reform of central enterprises with the courage to create, keep in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's teaching of "buttoning the first button in life" to strive to be the inheritor of the spirit of central enterprises leading the new trend.
Chen Guoying sent a message to young cadets in this Program and required that: League organizations and league members at all levels should take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guide to adhere to politics, highlight ideological content and pay attention to practicality. First, young Marxists in the new era should have strong beliefs. Second, young Marxists in the new era should be politically competent. Third, young Marxists in the new era should have excellent sense of responsibilities. Fourth, young Marxists in the new era should have excellent abilities. Fifth, young Marxists in the new era should have a sound style of work. Party organizations at all levels should strategically train young cadres and talents, attach great importance to and support the Communist Youth League and youth work, earnestly do a good job in "party building to lead the league building", fully promote the implementation of Young Marxists Program, strengthen organizational leadership, carefully prepare the plan, carefully select trainees, reflect the organizational characteristics based on organizational features, and ensure the effectiveness of training to build more and better platforms for young people to grow up and implement the action plan of CASIC for youth development.
After the opening ceremony, Chen Guoying, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy general manager of CASIC, gave a vivid party class to the first batch of trainees by expounding in a simple and systematic way from three aspects: why young people should learn Marxism, how young people should learn Marxism, and several requirements for CASIC to train young Marxists. He proposed that the youth in aerospace should establish firm ideals and beliefs, improve political ability, thoroughly study the party's innovative theory to learn, understand and implement it, constantly explore and summarize the laws to improve theoretical accomplishment, strive to practice the unity of knowing and doing to be pragmatic, practical and responsible, and learn and inherit the fine style.
