On May 4, CASIC convened the 2018 network security and informationization working conference. Gao Weihong, the chairman and the Secretary of Party Committee of CASIC, Song Xin, a member of Party Committee and a vice President of CASIC, and other company officers attended this conference. This conference set up video venues.
In the conference, Song made a report entitled Thoroughly Implement the High-Quality Development Requirements to Provide a Guarantee for "Winning Three Tough Battles, concluding the achievements obtained and the weak points existed in the work within the area of network security and informationization in the past one year and deployed the follow-up works. This year, based on the policy of “three innovation” and the direction of “digitization, networking, intelligentization, and cloudification”, the network security and informatization work implemented by CASIC shall help deepen smart enterprise construction, optimize enterprise operation and management, deepen the construction and application of the industrial Internet platform, transform the enterprise development mode, complete the network infrastructure of new generation, optimize the deployment of the state encryption network, commercial secrets network and Internet to accelerate the development of the information technology industry, comprehensively enhance the network security system and deepen informatization management and basic capacities. In the conference, the representatives from six organizations communicated their experience and practices in the field of network security and informationization.
Gao said that CASIC, as a central high-tech enterprise serving the national strategy, the national defense construction, the national economy and people's livelihood must involve the network security and informatization work in its agenda. After that, Gao suggested four points for the follow up works.
Firstly, CASIC shall firmly seize the opportunity brought by the high attention from the Party and the State attached to the network security and informationization products as well as the autonomous controllable service, to fully apply the achievements accumulated, innovated and developed in the field of network security and informationization in the recent years and promote the application and industrialization of the information technology therefore contributing for the high quality development, transformation and upgrading of the national economy, opening up new area and providing new momentum.
Second, CASIC shall promote the construction of the “three platforms” by means of the “three innovation” policy to provide powerful support for "Winning Three Tough Battles”. CAISC shall develop digital economy to accelerate the digital industrialization and constantly generate new industries, new technologies and new models based on information technology innovation. Propel industrial digitalization, new Internet technology and application to reconstruct the traditional industry in the whole-chain and full range, improve the total factor productivity and unleash the magnification, superposition and multiplication effects over the economic development.
Third, CASIC shall implement the overall national security concept conscientiously to strengthen its risk control capability and level over the network systematically and shape mew industrial advantages. All the organizations shall take actions to implement network security responsibilities required by the party committee to strengthen leadership, implement responsibility and insist on the synchronization of the network security and informationization synchronization and fully exert the external industrial capability of the information security and vigorously develop the network security information industry.
Fourth, CASIC shall implement exploration and innovation and fulfill the new mission given by the development of enterprise informationization. All the organizations shall implement the national "Internet power" strategy to advance the informatization of enterprises, and shall insist on innovation-driven strategy to strengthen deep integration, promote sharing and benefiting and stick to shared and win-win cooperation.
Gao emphasized that officers and cadres at all levels as well as fellows on the informationization front shall understand all the requirements of this conference and actively adapt to and further change their ways of thinking and innovation management capability to improve their own ability and make new contributions for the second pioneering work over the company transformation.
